Summer 2024 Camp 1: Mini Week July 9-11

Service Description

Give your child the gift of nature and enrol them for our Wildlings Camps! We will spend our days outside, immersed in nature. We will fill our day with planting/ harvesting vegetables, feeding the chickens and goats, and exploring and playing in the forest. A slow-paced, yet fun-filled day... the type of free play and exploration and experiences our grandparents generation experienced. Our Mini Week camps are designed for families who may not require childcare in the summer months, but want their children to still experience the joy of summer camps. We are located on a working farm, growing Organic Market Garden vegetables and raising hens for eggs and goats for the joy they bring. The children have the opportunities to interact with the animals, harvest vegetables or flowers, plants seeds or transplant seedlings, dig up potatoes and so much more! Once the hot afternoon sun makes it's appearance, we dip into our private forest play space, equipped with a mud kitchen, lots of hammocks, a slack-line, forts, a fire pit and an arts and crafts space. Your child's clothes, bags, shoes etc WILL get dirty!
